Simple Scallion Pancake

If you have leftover Plain flour after your baking, you owes keep it.  Use it to make scallion pancake for snack. easy and fast.

Ingredient: Flour, salt, water, scallion, oil

Step 1 : Add flour to mixing bowl and add in enough water.  Stir and mix the flour.  Make sure it not too sticky nor too
             watery.
Step 2 : Add Salt to taste into the mixture.
Step 3 : Chop the scallion. Add scallion into the mixture and mix them.
Step 4 : Heat up the Non stick Pan / Cooking Wok.  Add some oil and pour in some the mixture using Spoon.  Fried
             with medium heat until both sides become light browny.


The mixture. Ready to be fried. :D


Heat the pan and add in some oil.


pour in some mixture to the pan and fried with medium heat.


Ready to be Eat. Yummy!! I just love it.


Always eat with chilli sauce.  Simply delicious. :) ...Happy Trying.

Hijau. Hmm.. Which i heard that there was a food court inside.  It was there at BDC area long long long time already, and what!? .. I never go in there? Yeah, never.  So, decided to go in and have dinner with Ling there.

Genki House

There was a house that we always passed by when we go to work or to town.  Recently, its quite happening there because they resume their eating store, It's call Genki.  So, we decided to have a try.  We need a 'Break' and We need to be 'Fast' because we were on our way to office.  That's why it call Breakfast. :P

Bella Italia

Bella Italia Restaurant, so far the best italian restaurant in Kuching.  It's located at RH plaza and opposite of four point Hotel Kuching.  Going there few times already and again, yesterday going there with Ling and 'Tauke Nio' (Boss's wife).  We ordered and shared 1 Spaghetti, 1 Lasagna, 1 Pizza, 1 ginger bread, 2 Chocolate drinks and 1 Milo Drink, Total: RM92. Thank you Tauke Nio for the treat. .. :P

Damai & Buntal

Upon reached Damai Beach, Didn't know that they had built a view point and a food court here. Nice.  So, after visited Sarawak Cultural Village, we all take a walk at the view point just opposite the Sarawak Cultural Village before we all heading to Buntal for dinner.

Buntal has alot of seafood restaurant but this one was always we tried for.  Food was nice and fresh.

Sarawak Cultural Village

It's like how many years I didn't visit the Sarawak Cultural Village until my company organized a trip to the place due to the Company's Annual Conference.  We have a nice weather during the visit and good to have an ice breaking time among the colleagues.  Hai ya, UncleLim (http://unclelimphotography.blogspot.com/) no come, he went to ice breaking with his wedding photographer. hehe

Try this Shan City's pan mee twice already and still found it nice.  Alot of Variety of pan mee you can choose and there are other meals you can try as well.  Shan City's pan mee is located at Jalan Song Brighton Square area.  Give it a try. :)
