Bak Kut Teh

My wife decided to cook Bak Kut Teh using the instant Bak Kut Teh spices that she bought during her trip to penang that time. Better get the instant spices with receipe included, Senang meh. hehe.. Yummy.  But some basic ingredient needed below:

1kg of pork ribs and meats. (8 person), dried taufu, you cha kuih, mushroom, salt and 2 pieces of whole garlic and
Kicap (optional).


This are some basic ingredient needed.


Chop and cut the pork ribs and meat to pieces.


Boil the water, garlic and spices for about 30 minutes and then add in the pork rib and meats cook until the meats is tender.


Prepare the others ingredients and add into the bowl and cook together with the meats.  Add salt and kicap to taste.


Serve Hot. Yummy.

i want to change the recipe to chi kut teh. lebih gemar chicken.

boleh le. use the same spice and paste. that meat u use kambing also can. hehe
